The USCIS Medical Examination
 Medical Examinations are required by the U.S. Citizenship   and Immigration Services (USCIS) to verify good health  and admissibility to the United States. 

The Medical Examination may only be conducted by a physician who is designated as a Civil Surgeon by USCIS.

Most Applicants for Adjustment of Status are required to have a Medical Examination including:                       

            All refugees coming to the United States        
            Applicants outside the U.S. applying for a VISA                  Applicants for GREEN CARD/Permanent Residency
